Deepika's superlight cocktail

Breakfast: 2 egg whites or upma or poha + one glass veggie juice

Two hours later: Fruits + Chana 

Lunch: Proteins; usually fish and grilled vegetables, 1-3 roti + dal

Two hours later: A fruit or vegetable juice, or tea with biscuits

Dinner: Lean meat; grilled chicken or fish
